Power Puff Pastry is a cottage bakery in Lexington, Kentucky specialized in laminated pastries such as croissants and puff pastry. Pastry Chef Chrystina Powers has worked and baked in France, North Carolina, and Kentucky. I’m a Kentucky gal inspired by regional flavors, produce and French techniques.
