Biography

We’re Rick and Samantha Cassidy, the husband-and-wife team behind NoodleCraft. After moving from Indianapolis a couple of years ago, we saw a need for something better—fresh pasta made the way it should be: free from enrichments, preservatives, and pesticides.
At NoodleCraft, we’re all about quality. We source our ingredients as locally as possible from organic-practicing farms, ensuring every bite is fresh, clean, and crafted with care. It’s a difference you can taste!
