Out of the darkness emerges a creature born of American craft and Japanese tradition. The Void Sake Co is Kentucky’s only sake brewery made in Lexington, and one of only 25 small breweries in North America. We offer a range of traditional clear and nigori (cloudy) junmai sakes, as well as nigori sakes infused with bold flavors and unique ingredients.
